  • From 2017, the INTERNATIONAL HOSTEL located on the campus of Hanoi Medical University, will be put into use, offering international student rooms with full furniture and equipment at favorable rates. The hostel is centrally located in Dong Da district, close to practical hospitals and 4 kilometers away from the Downtown.
  • The Faculty of Medicine from University of Tsukuba is planning to start a new training course, Experimental Course in Biotechnology in Medicine, at Biotechnology Center of Ho Chi Minh City (http://www.hcmbiotech.com.vn).The purpose of this course is to give the practical training for biomedical research students in Vietnam, Indonesia and Japan. This course consists of two sessions: Bioinformatics lecture course (Part I) and laboratory training course for diagnosing bacterial pathogenic species (Part II). The course will be conducted in English.
  • I am Dang Do Hai, fifth-year medical student at Hanoi Medical University (HMU) and my specialty is general practitioner. I had a chance to go to Karolinska Institutet (KI) in Sweden for 10 weeks (from 21/8/2016 – 31/10/2016) on the exchange program between 2 universities. Coming to Sweden, I chose to learn a subject which is different from what I was taught at school. The system of physical activity prescription (FaR) is my choice as I have known that there are many professors working in this area and Sweden is one of the leading countries in the world in this field.
  • Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK), Finland School of Wellbeing The module will take place in HAMK Hämeenlinna, Finland at Spring 2017. There is no study fee, students need to pay for their own travel, accommodation and living costs.

  • Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) offers every year opportunities for the most competitive Vietnamese scientist and clinicians to enrol in a 4year phD training program. Students register with UK Universities but undertake their research at OUCRU Vietnam ( HCMC or HN ) PhD research projects focus in any area relevant to the work of the Health Services HCMC , the Hospital for Tropical Diseases and OUCRU.
